Yes, at Deck Buddy we do it all. We build decks, screened porches using treated wood, exotic hardwoods and composite decking and railing. We also resurface decks. And lastly, but not the least importantly, we are one of NOT many deck contractors that does professional deck maintenance: Pressure-washing, Staining, Sealing, Sanding and Fixing decks. We also build Wood Fences and Vinyl fence. We install Gutters and Gutter Guards, and we Clean Gutters.
Deck Buddy provides one year workmanship warranty, as a licensed home improvement contractor, when staining decks and 5 years workmanship warranty for deck/porch building. The products used by us also come with a wide variety of coverage.
Even though it might be a big investment either way, it costs less to Restore or Refinish a deck compared to replacing it, as long as the decking and railing are in a "restorable" shape. When a Deck Buddy estimator inspects your deck, we will be able to tell if it can be restored or if you need to resurface it or tear it down and replace it. Such determination varies, on a case-by-case basis.
